Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Oyeadeɛ Hub (a trading name of Dalyan Rose Limited).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Oyeadeɛ Hub website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.
2. Our Services
Oyeadeɛ Hub operates an escrow-backed managed marketplace connecting customers ("Clients") with independent service providers ("Pros") for home services including but not limited to cleaning, repairs, smart home installation, home improvement, and construction.
Important: Oyeadeɛ Hub is not a direct provider of services. All services are performed by independent contractors who are not employees or agents of Oyeadeɛ Hub. We facilitate the connection, handle payments via escrow, and provide quality assurance, but we are not responsible for the actual work performed beyond our guarantee terms.
3. Account Registration
To book services through our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Booking Process
When you book a service through our Platform, you agree to pay the price quoted at the time of booking. All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated for diaspora services.
4.2 Escrow Protection
All payments are held in a secure escrow account. Funds are only released to the Pro after you provide digital sign-off confirming the work has been completed to your satisfaction. You have the right to inspect the work before authorising payment release.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept Mobile Money (MoMo) from all major Ghanaian networks, international credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and PayPal for diaspora clients.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price to compensate the Pro for reserved time. For our full refund policy, please see our Refund Policy.
6. Oyeadeɛ Guarantee
Every job booked through our Platform is covered by our Oyeadeɛ Guarantee, which includes:
- Payment Protection: Your funds remain in escrow until you approve the work
- Damage Coverage: Up to ₵10,000 coverage for accidental property damage (terms apply)
- Re-work Guarantee: If you're unsatisfied, we'll send another Pro to fix the issue at no extra cost

7. Pro Vetting and Quality
All Pros on our Platform must complete Oyeadeɛ Academy certification, including background verification, skills assessment, and soft skills training. However, Oyeadeɛ Hub does not guarantee the performance of any individual Pro. Our guarantee provides remedies for unsatisfactory work.
8. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the service required
- Ensure safe access to your property for the Pro
- Inspect work promptly and provide sign-off within 48 hours of completion
- Communicate any issues within 48 hours of service completion
- Not solicit Pros for off-platform services (violation may result in account termination)
9. Pro Responsibilities (For Artisans)
If you are a Pro using our Platform, you agree to:
- Complete all jobs to the standard required by Oyeadeɛ Academy certification
- Arrive on time and communicate any delays promptly
- Use professional conduct at all times
- Not solicit Clients for off-platform payments
- Maintain required tools and insurance coverage
10. Fees and Commissions
Oyeadeɛ Hub charges a commission of 20% on each one-off job booked through our Platform. For subscription plans, fees vary by plan. All fees are disclosed before booking confirmation. Oyeadeɛ Hub reserves the right to change fees with 30 days' notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oyeadeɛ Hub (including Dalyan Rose Limited) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oyeadeɛ Hub and Dalyan Rose Limited from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
Oyeadeɛ Hub may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with additional consideration for Ghanaian law where services are physically performed. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, UK.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
