Getting trusted home services in Ghana has never been easier. Follow these 5 simple steps — from booking to sign-off.

Book Online

Choose your service (Clean, Fix, Smart, Improve, or Build), pick a date and time, and describe the job. Takes less than 2 minutes.

Pay into Escrow

Your payment is held securely in our escrow account. Funds are only released when you say you're satisfied with the work.

We Dispatch a Pro

An Oyeadeɛ-certified artisan is assigned to your job. You'll receive their name, photo, rating, and estimated arrival time.

Work Completed

The pro completes the work. You inspect the job. If you're happy, you digitally sign off via your dashboard or WhatsApp.

Funds Released

Once you sign off, the pro gets paid. If you're not satisfied, we hold the funds and make it right — no questions asked.

The Oyeadeɛ Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with the work, we don't release payment. Period. Every job is backed by our ₵10,000 insurance policy through Star Assurance and the Dalyan Rose Limited corporate guarantee.

Common questions

What if the pro damages something?
Every job is covered by our ₵10,000 insurance policy. Report any damage immediately through your dashboard and we'll handle the claim.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee to compensate the pro's time.
How do I pay if I'm in the UK or US?
You can pay with any international credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or via PayPal. All payments are processed in your local currency.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve Greater Accra: East Legon, Airport Residential, Cantonments, Labone, Osu, Spintex, Tema, and surrounding areas. Kumasi coming soon.
