What is Oyeadeɛ Hub?
Oyeadeɛ Hub is Ghana's first escrow-backed managed marketplace for home services. We connect you to strictly vetted professionals for cleaning, repairs, smart home installation, home improvement, and construction. Every payment is held in escrow until you approve the work.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Greater Accra, including East Legon, Airport Residential, Cantonments, Labone, Osu, Spintex, Tema, and surrounding areas. We're expanding to Kumasi and other regions in 2026.
Who owns Oyeadeɛ Hub?
Oyeadeɛ Hub is a trading name of Dalyan Rose Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16712931). This gives diaspora customers the confidence of dealing with a UK-registered company.
How is Oyeadeɛ different from other service platforms?
Unlike directory platforms that just give you a phone number, Oyeadeɛ owns the entire experience: we vet every pro, hold your payment in escrow until you're satisfied, and back every job with a ₵10,000 insurance guarantee.
How do I book a service?
You can book directly on our website (oyeadeehub.com) or via WhatsApp. Simply choose your service, pick a date and time, describe the job, and make payment into escrow. Takes less than 2 minutes.
What services do you offer?
We offer five service verticals: Oyeadeɛ Clean (cleaning), Oyeadeɛ Fix (repairs), Oyeadeɛ Smart (smart home tech), Oyeadeɛ Improve (home improvement), and Oyeadeɛ Build (construction trades and turnkey projects).
Can I book an emergency service?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency services for AC breakdowns, plumbing leaks, and electrical trips. Emergency bookings have a 50% surcharge and guaranteed response within 2 hours.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule from your dashboard. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee to compensate the pro for their reserved time.
How does escrow work?
When you book and pay, your money is held securely in our escrow account. The pro completes the work. You inspect the job. Only when you digitally sign off (via your dashboard or WhatsApp) do we release payment to the pro. You hold all the power.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MoMo) from all major networks in Ghana, as well as international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Paystack and Stripe.
Can diaspora customers pay from abroad?
Absolutely. Diaspora customers can pay in GBP, USD, or CAD using international credit cards. Your payment is processed in your local currency, and the pro receives GHS.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
If you're not satisfied, do NOT sign off. Contact us immediately and we will either send another pro to fix the issue or process a full refund. Your money stays in escrow until you're happy.
What is the Diaspora Property Care service?
It's a subscription service for Ghanaians living abroad who want to maintain their family homes in Ghana. You pay a monthly fee and we handle cleaning, maintenance checks, and property reports — with photos and videos uploaded to your dashboard.
How do I sign up for diaspora services?
Visit our Diaspora Property Care page, choose your plan, and complete the registration. You'll need to provide the property address and any special instructions.
Do you offer construction project management for diaspora clients?
Yes. We offer full turnkey construction packages with milestone-based escrow payments. You receive weekly photo/video updates and approve each milestone before funds are released to contractors.
Is my payment protected as a diaspora customer?
Yes. Because Oyeadeɛ is a trading name of Dalyan Rose Limited (a UK-registered company), your payment is protected under UK and Ghanaian legal frameworks. Plus, our escrow system ensures your money is only released when you're satisfied.
How do I become an Oyeadeɛ pro?
Visit our Become a Pro page and complete the application. You'll need to provide your Ghana Card, trade certificates (if any), and references. Only 1 in 8 applicants are accepted.
What is Oyeadeɛ Academy?
Oyeadeɛ Academy is our 3-day certification program covering soft skills, digital tools, and trade-specific assessments. Every pro on our platform must complete the Academy before being eligible for jobs.
How and when do I get paid?
You get paid within 24 hours of the customer's digital sign-off. Payments are sent directly to your registered Mobile Money number or bank account. Your dashboard shows all earnings and payout history.
What happens if a customer disputes my work?
We investigate fairly. You'll have the opportunity to present your side, including before/after photos. If the dispute is resolved in your favour, funds are released. If not, we work with both parties to find a fair resolution.
What is covered by the ₵10,000 guarantee?
The guarantee covers accidental property damage, poor workmanship, theft by service provider, no-shows, and disputes. See our full Guarantee page for detailed coverage and exclusions.
How do I file a claim?
Log into your dashboard within 48 hours of the job, click "Report Issue" on the booking, upload evidence (photos/videos), and submit. Our team investigates and resolves within 5 business days.
Are Oyeadeɛ pros insured?
All Oyeadeɛ-certified pros are covered under our master insurance policy with Star Assurance. This means you don't need to verify individual pro insurance — we handle it centrally.
How do you vet your pros?
Every pro undergoes Ghana Card verification, background checks, technical skills assessment, and 3 days of Academy training in soft skills, digital tools, and safety. Only 1 in 8 applicants are accepted.
